Wild 'n' Wacky Summer Pass Terms and Conditions

16.  A Summer Pass allows free visits to be booked online for one adult and the child(ren) named via our Membership portal. Extra adults, siblings or babies under 11 months must be booked and paid for in the usual way.

17.  The Summer Pass is valid from the purchase date to Sunday 21st September 2025. If our opening hours change, including early closing or due to unforeseen circumstances, no compensation will be paid.

18.  You must book your Pass visits online in advance. Only one play session at a time can be booked in advance.

19.  All Pass visits are subject to capacity limits for each session. The manager on duty has sole discretion regarding the capacity available. If you have not booked online you may not be able to join the session of your choice.

20. You must give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you are unable to use your Pass booking and need to cancel it. We will record the number of  cancellations or "no shows" and we reserve the right to terminate your Summer Pass if you have more than 3 on your account. If terminated for this reason we will refund the equivalent of the unused pass time, less an admin charge of £10.

21.  We need to check and verify your Summer Pass before you can use it.  We require a clear photo of the child(ren)'s face uploaded to be valid. The pass is valid for that child only but you may nominate a different adult to accompany the child(ren). Images will be stored on our system for identification purposes and will be deleted at the end of the pass period.  If we are unable to verify and confirm your Summer Pass, the pass will be refunded less an admin fee of £10 to cover transaction charges.

22. ID confirming the Pass names/photo(s) must be provided to us on request. Failure to provide this may result in entry being delayed or refused.

23. Children and their parents/guardians using the Summer Pass must respect the Wild ‘n’ Wacky Rules of Play. We may refuse entry or cancel your pass for any reason without a refund if our standards for safe enjoyable play for all our visitors are not met.

24. We reserve the right to update or change the terms and conditions for our Summer Passes without notice via our website and by email to the person who booked the pass.
