Wild 'n' Wacky Party Payments, Cancellation and Refund Policy

We can only reserve a party date for you once we receive your deposit payment. Deposits for parties are non-refundable.

Payment may be made in person using cash and/or a credit and debit card or by telephone using a credit or debit card. Additionally the deposit for a party may be made online using the Wild 'n' Wacky Party Booking system via WorldPay, using a credit or debit card. We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro and Mastercard. Please note we do not accept American Express.

Any party cancelled will forfeit the deposit.

Changing the date of your party

You may change your party date/time and re-use your deposit for another date/time within one week of booking your party. After one week of booking, moving the date of your party will incur a £15 administration charge.

Finalising Guest Numbers for your party

You are required to settle the final balance of your party at least 3 days in advance of your party. 

Once the final number of children attending the party has been confirmed and paid for, no refunds will be given for children who subsequently cancel or do not attend on the day. Therefore we recommend that you only pay for those who have definitely confirmed their attendance.

We will allow up to 5 extra children on the day of the party, so if you are not sure whether a child is coming or not, please put their name on the register with a question mark. 

Your party host will check the numbers with you once the party has started and you will then be required to pay for any additional children over the number already paid for before the party food is prepared.

Last minute emergency postponement

If you have to postpone the party with 48 hours' notice or less before it is due to start, please contact Wild 'n' Wacky immediately on 01279 426 976.

We will levy a £25 re-booking charge to cover our staff commitments and other costs and re-book the party for you on an alternative date. Please note there is no guarantee of the availability of an equivalent timeslot (ie a weekend party may need to be re-scheduled to an after school midweek slot etc).  

Closure by Wild 'n' Wacky

In the event of extreme weather conditions, should the directors of Wild 'n' Wacky deem it unsafe for general travel to Wild 'n' Wacky, we will offer the opportunity for the party to be rescheduled. We will try to find a mutually agreeable alternative date and time. However there is no guarantee of the availability of an equivalent timeslot (i.e. a weekend party may need to be rescheduled to an after school midweek slot etc.).

NO REFUNDS will be given in any circumstances relating to extreme weather conditions.

In the event of unforeseen or emergency closure required for maintenance, cleaning, sickness or any other reasons, Wild 'n' Wacky will offer you a rescheduled party at any available date or time in the future OR a full refund of your deposit and any other monies you have paid Wild 'n' Wacky for your party.
