Wild 'n' Wacky Party Payments, Cancellation and Refund Policy

We can only reserve a party date for you once we receive your deposit payment. Deposits for parties are non-refundable.

Payment may be made in person using cash and/or a credit and debit card or by telephone using a credit or debit card. Additionally the deposit for a party may be made online using the Wild 'n' Wacky Party Booking system via WorldPay, using a credit or debit card. We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro and Mastercard. Please note we do not accept American Express.

A card processing charge of £1.50 will be made if the deposit and/or the final payment is paid by credit or debit card. The card processing charge will only be made once per party.

Any party cancelled will forfeit the deposit.

You may change your party date/time and re-use your deposit for another date/time within one week of booking your party. After one week of booking, moving the date of your party will incur a £15 administration charge.

You are required to settle the final balance of your party at least 2 days in advance of your party. No refunds will be made for children that cancel their attendance within 2 days of the date of the event (including on the day of the party).

There will be a £25 last minute postponement fee if you postpone your party with 48 hours' notice or less before it is due to start. This is to cover our commitments to our staff etc.

Any requests to postpone must be made by phoning 01279 426 976 as soon as possible.

In the event of extreme weather conditions, if the directors of Wild 'n' Wacky deem it unsafe for general travel to Wild 'n' Wacky, we will offer the opportunity for the party to be rescheduled. We will try to find a mutually agreeable alternative date and time. However there is no guarantee of the availability of an equivalent timeslot (i.e. a weekend party may need to be rescheduled to an after school midweek slot etc.).

NO REFUNDS will be given in any circumstances relating to extreme weather conditions.

In the event of unforeseen or emergency closure required for maintenance, cleaning or any other reasons, Wild 'n' Wacky will offer you a rescheduled party at any available date or time in the future OR a full refund of your deposit and any other monies you have paid Wild 'n' Wacky for your party.
