 Terms and Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy


1. All visitors must comply with our Rules of Play.

Wild ‘n’ Wacky’s Covid-safe policies may require additional safety and hygiene measures during your visit. These will be notified on our website and on signage at Wild ‘n’ Wacky.

2. Please do not visit if you or your family have any symptoms associated with COVID-19 or any other illness.

If you are unable or unwilling to follow our Rules of Play and Covid-safe policies, you may be refused entry to Wild ‘n’ Wacky or asked to leave. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances.

Please note we do not own or operate the car park which is operated by Parking Eye. Parking is currently free for up to 3 hours in the main car park but it is only for 30 minutes in the areas at the side of the building. Visitors are strongly advised to check the parking signage carefully.  


Ticket Terms and Conditions


4. Every visitor to Wild ‘n’ Wacky requires a ticket, including adults and non-playing children aged 13-17 years old. The name/contact details for each adult visiting Wild 'n' Wacky are required, either via our booking system or at our entrance. We will not share these details with any other organisation or use them for marketing unless specific permission is given by that person.

5. You will need a valid email address and access to a printer or mobile device to buy tickets online. Tickets may be printed out or shown on a mobile device. We cannot print tickets on your behalf. Payment is by Visa Debit, Mastercard or Visa Credit. Please note WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH at Wild ‘n’ Wacky.

6. Tickets must be booked before you arrive for your visit. On arrival at the centre please have your ticket ready for validation at reception.

7. Tickets do not guarantee seating in our downstairs café area. Our mezzanine area gives good views of the play frame and you may be seated here on busy days.  If you have a pushchair, please ask at reception for help carrying it up the stairs.  If you are a wheelchair user or have severe mobility challenges, please contact us at least 24 hours before your visit so we can accommodate you downstairs.

8. Tickets are strictly non-refundable. In the event of closure of Wild ‘n’ Wacky for any reason we will offer to transfer your booking to the same type of booking on another date, but we will not process a refund.

9. If you can’t visit and you let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your visit time by email to info@wildnwacky.co.uk we will transfer your tickets to the same type of booking on a new date/time. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given there may be a £2.50 charge to transfer your booking at the manager’s discretion.

10. We may offer a membership card which we will scan on entrance and exit. Please see below for specific Membership Terms and Conditions.

11. Tickets purchased before the release of an offer cannot be refunded regardless of the date of visit or time of purchase.

12. Prices shown include VAT.

13. Managers reserve the right to refuse entry for whatever reason.

14. Passes, free entry vouchers and £1 off entry vouchers are no longer accepted due to our capacity control requirements.

Wild 'n' Wacky Membership Terms and Conditions


Purchasing tickets via our Membership Portal is more convenient for repeat visits but is not currently operating.

1. Membership Cards must be brought on each visit. Please have the card ready so that you can be scanned in on entrance.

2. Children and their parents/guardians must respect the Wild ‘n’ Wacky Rules of Play at all times.

3. ID confirming the Membership names on the Membership must be shown on request. Failure to provide matching ID may result in entry being delayed or refused.

4. Membership cards must not be given, lent, sold or transferred or used by anyone other than the child(ren) named on the pass.

5. Family memberships are currently free. We may introduce a paid membership card, loyalty card or discount card with a small fee later.

6. Replacements for lost Membership cards or duplicate cards can be issued upon payment of a £1 administration fee.

7. Membership does not confer any rights to entrance tickets - these will need to be purchased separately by booking online.

8. Wild ‘n’ Wacky reserves the right to vary opening and closing times in line with business requirements at any time.

9. Members may opt out of emails from Wild ‘n’ Wacky at any time and are not obliged to sign up for email newsletters, but special offers etc. will only be communicated by email.

10. Wild ‘n’ Wacky reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel any membership without notice at any time if the Rules of Play are not respected or at the sole discretion of the manager.
