We've changed how we do things to comply with Test & Trace requirements. Register in advance or give us the details when you visit. 

This makes repeat booking much easier and quicker!

1.  Register as a member. This is free!
You'll get an email confirmation with a code to scan. Please have this ready to show when you arrive.

2.  Go to the Ticket Portal to confirm your details, set a password and buy your tickets
Click on Create account first, complete the information and pop in a password.
Then once you're in, you can scroll down and choose a date /time. 

You'll get an email with your e-ticket. Make sure you have the ticket on your mobile or print them out before your visit. You can check our Terms and Conditions here. It is a condition of purchasing tickets that you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

3. We will issue you with a Family Membership card so please bring it with you for every visit.

4. Log in  whenever you want to visit us and buy more tickets.
You can review your tickets, view your booking history or add more tickets to your booking (if there are tickets available), or amend your contact information. And it makes return visits much quicker to book!

 Adults & non-playing teenagers also need to have their own tickets. Please include them in your basket or you could experience a delay when you arrive.
We're very sorry but due to our restricted capacity we will not be able to honour any Free Entry voucher or loyalty cards at the present time.

We don't sell nuts or nut products and our fab kitchen team is experienced in catering for customers with allergies and special dietary requirements.

We don't allow customers to bring their own food or drinks. Customers with food or drinks not purchased from our café will be asked to put them away out of reach/sight during their visit or to consume them outside the premises.

Every weekday in term time from 3.15pm. Price includes entry plus any meal from our
children's menu....saving  £2.50 per child!

1 & 3 year olds £8.00,  4 to 12 year olds £9.00. Not to be used with any other offer. 

Passes

Unfortunately due to our  new capacity restrictions we can no longer offer our Passes for sale.  We have contacted everyone with a pre-lockdown pass to offer a refund for the unused time or to hold the credit until such time as we can re-instate Passes.

Group Rates

Are you interested in bringing a school, nursery or parent group to Wild 'n' Wacky? Contact us for special Group Rates for pre-booked daytime visits to Wild 'n' Wacky which include a reserved seating area. Please call us on: 01279 426 976 or email us: info@wildnwacky.co.uk for further information.

We regret that is is not currently possible to discounts to registered childminders, foster parents and members of the armed forces on production of appropriate ID. However we will be working to offer this again in the future.
