The first session is Tuesday 14th October at 4pm - 5.30pm with a relaxed departure up to 5.45pm and we'd love your feedback.

We also have more trial  dates scheduled for Tues 18th November and Tuesday 9th December with the hope of offering these sessions regularly next year.
